ok, so it turns out that rachel was involved in the aforementioned campus safety incident. apparently, there was a table full of rowdy undergrad business majors (yuk) who refused to keep it down, so rachel asked the librarian if they could tell them to be quiet and the librarian said they couldn't do anything but that rachel could call campus safety, so she did, and the campus cops came and kicked those frat boys to the curb. best part, in true rachel style, as the jerks were leaving, she winked at the really obnoxious one...and he winked back.
stranger things have brought people together, though i don't see rachel ever going for a waspy DU undergrad.
